Hey look -- you've just become a Senior Member! Good on ya and welcome to the party! Yeah, I'm really enjoying this place -- learned so darn much neat stuff! Plus I'm nosy and like to get to know everybody -- I really enjoy the fact that people here are from all over the planet, but it is nice to know another person from my neck of woods is here too. I think Dragonrider1227 is from New Jersey? (like I said; nosy!)
I remember all the hopes for the 21st century that were in magazines & on TV during the 1960s. There would be moon bases with moon rovers, dough-nut space stations, etc. But the cars; & there were other cool concept cars besides the Futura. 
It was going to be awesome! Well, here it is; the reality is a bit different from the expectations, though in both good & bad ways.
