I mostly got clothing and gift cards, and I'm debating which Tezuka work to indulge in. ;) Thinking about a couple of used Dark Horse editions of AB, Schodt's book of AB essays or a book on remembering Kanji, by James Heisig.

It has all the concept art and sketches of characters, mechanical items and backgrounds from an anime, as well as some interviews or stats on the characters. I have one for Galaxy Express 999, and the artbook I bought with my Christmas card today is about the Tetsujin 28 movie from 2007. I'm one of the ringleaders of the series's English fandom, so it's a bit important that I'd get this book.

If the book was licensed for American release, you may be able to find it at some book stores provided if it is still in print. If not, I guess there is Amazon or ebay.

There's actually artbooks out there for all sorts of things. I personally have a copy of Mega Man Complete Works. I hope to get Okami Complete Works someday.

I got 2 necklaces, a Naruto manga, a Bleach manga, 2 Astro Boy mangas, a Black Jack manga, a How to Draw Manga book, a DVD set of the 80's Astro Boy series, a Snuggie, a purple unicorn Pillow Pet, several earings, a vanilla scented bath and body set, a nail polish kit, a 20 dollar Wal-Mart gift card, a bottle of my favorite soda pop with a 10 dollar bill taped to it, and a subsription to Shonen Jump magazine. :)

The person who drew my name has yet to come over, as our holliday get-together was postponed because of snow. My mom did give me a solid chocolate Santa, though.
