Not sure how you can keep it back.
By the way, hope we get a tribute movie of Tezuka characters or even a new Tetsuwan Atom anime.
But, hope we get a better distribution if it happens.

IANAL, but I do know that certain use of copyrighted material is legal. I refer to certain novelty records made by Dickie Goodman in the 50's-70's. He would combine short cuts of many hit singles with voice overs to do a silly story. He was sued for copyright violations, but the courts held with him that the outtakes were too short to constitute an intent to violate copyright. I don't know if the same logic would apply to a video documentary though......

The problem these days is that they fire beforehand even if it is covered by fair use, and sometimes think about it later when they get complaints.

YouTube is filled by copyright bots who may mistook a video of a video game with an anime footage.

But anyway, I really wish that Tezuka's works get re-printed and re-released without cuts.

Unfortunatelly, the distributors are hidding much of the messages of his works.
By featuring the original works translated, nobody will go after importation or piracy.

If they want to sell something, then it must have quality.

Anyway, it'll take a while till Viki get new animes in the youtube channel.

Any idea of what they could bring?
I'm looking forward to watch Jetter Mars officially or even the original 1963 series uncut.

Seems the YouTube DMCA police have chained your video to the wall.
Copyright law does allow certain use of copyrighted material in that you can take small 'excerpts' of the originals for you own use (Google "Dickie Goodman"). If that's what you did you should respond to the take down.

I don't really know what you mean it's still out there it was only my mistake to decrease the audio level but if you put it a bit harder you can just hear it so
