so how exactly do I join the skype meeting today?

I hope I-Am-Atom's-Sister is around, because she really wanted to participate. I wasn't sure as of recently if we should wait to see if there would be more people who would want to participate but, as there are more people who said they were available today, I can host a Skype meeting today.

Create a Skype account if you don't already have one and send me a private message to give me your Skype ID. Watch out for the ID you are sharing and the name you put in because that information will be available to the other participants.

Please make sure you know how to turn off your microphone before joining, because background noise as we are several can cause the connection to be lost. The best is to turn on the microphone only when you are ready to talk.

I just installed the skype app on my Blackberry. (I work for RIM/Blackberry BTW). So I'm having "fun" Beta testing a new phone. (The Q10 will be on the market in a few days in Canada, maybe a month later in the US. It's on sale in the UK right now.)

I have no idea how skype will work on the phone. Nothing like testing it in 'combat'!

exactly what kinds of things do you discuss during a skype meeting. Do you guys just talk to one another or is it video chat?

Considering I had not announced anything officially but there is an interest for today, we'll give more time for everybody to arrive, so we won't be starting for another 45 minutes at least.

So if someone wants to know we actually had somewhat of a skype meeting between 3 persons for quite a bit lol so for a real one i make a new date how about MAY 12 i will be hosting it then so i hope enough people can be at it this time now we just need a time P.M me so you could be at it.
