Along with being a big Zelda fan, I am also a big Dragon Ball fan! Because of this, my current desktop has Goku from Dragon Ball. Thought I'd show off my persona too for Tawashi:

Quick question. What screen sizes do you guys have? You guys seem to have a more widescreen desktop than I do.

It must be how I re-sized the picture then, because I have a 19" monitor as well. However, I have the resolution set at 1024 X 768 pixels.

When I tried re-sizing my desktop to the size you guys have, the desktop looked squished. What did you guys use to re-size yours to look the way it does?

That's a 5:4 resolution. Meaning that if you have a 4:3 monitor, and you don't have the picture slightly squeezed to have black bars on the left and right side, then you're getting distorted images that are horizontally too big. EDIT: your picture is using a 16:10 ratio so you can't be using that resolution... 1280x768 maybe.

You have a 4:3 monitor (like the oldschool TVs) whereas most people are moving to widescreen 16:10 monitors.

That would explain it. This computer is actually about 5 and a half years old, so the 4:3 aspect ratio is justifiable. I guess I'll just leave my picture as it is then.

*sigh* Must I go on a rant on why you are so unbelievably wrong with Coke? It's infinitely superior and the only capable competitor is Mt. Dew.

If you let a Coke go stale it turns into a Pepsi.

You let a Pepsi go stale it turns into a Shasta Cola (Cheap brand of Soda they sell in my area.)

You let a Shasta go stale, it turns into a Red Bull Cola. (Which tastes like raw tree sap.)

Hooo, I believe 19 or 20" monitor, but I know the aspect ratio is 1440x900. It took a while to get used to, lol.

(Wow, how did you guys get into a Coke/Pepsi fight? xD We all know Red Bull and Mountain Dew are the supreme lords of caffeinated beverages...followed closely by Sun Drop...)
*dust*
