I too won't be contributing as much for Set 2 after all this. I won't be contributing anything, actually.

hmy: Why support only 1/2 of the series? Why decide that you will not support anything else, either? I ask this, not knowing how much you do / did support this 1/2, not that I am asking either.

I put all of the money I had for this onto the first set. I figured it was better to get Set 1 as soon as possible rather than splitting my money in half for each set. At least this way we'll get 13 episodes sooner to tide us over.

Speaking of Set 2, I'm disappointed it isn't up yet as Anime Sols always said they would start it as soon as Set 1 was funded. Their news update says the following:

You guys did it! Dororo met the goal for streaming episodes 1-13! Next step for us is to give Tezuka Pro the good news and see if they can find and scan the scripts for the rest of the cours… I’m sure they’re around somewhere!

I'm not sure why exactly we should care about them finding the scripts for the next cour, unless maybe they want to translate 3 episodes of Set 2 and have them up like they did for Set 1. Now THAT would be pretty cool, since we'd have a bit more than 13 episodes after all. But I wish they took care of this stuff in advance. With the first set now being funded, many Dororo fans are probably learning about Anime Sols at this moment, and they can't contribute to Set 2 cause it's not up yet.

EDIT: As for your edit, I am supporting other things. I've already contributed to the other two Tezuka shows.

I figured you had done so. As for me, I suppose I will support 14-26 (or 27?), but as W3 does have certain elements in common with MIGHTY ATOM, I would rather put more support there.

I voiced my disappointment on Twitter that Set 2 wasn't put up immediately and Anime Sols said they'll have some good news on Monday.

I would rather see 4 -- 13 available for viewing, ASAP! I think making people wait for set 2 until after those eps have been online for a while might be a better way to stir up enthusiasm for set 2. Though I have nearly filled my DVR & need to watch & delete a bunch of things. IFC is running BATMAN episodes on the weekends, & I expect to watch the Green Hornet eps tomorrow when my brother comes over, but there are 8 others that come before those 2.
