Bander Book is a launch title for Anime Sols in April, so I'm OK with it being put on the backburner by English translators over at Viki.

This was GREAT! Thanks for the translation here - which I read, and then watched. The "evil" Ochanomizu was really funny! And "Marina" (that sounds like what they called her throughout) reminded me of Livian, including her head-piece.

Jeffbert what do you mean by the Chinese subs "working" as translation? Or maybe I misunderstood. I hope someday to be able to see English subs with it (like Metropolis). I nearly died when I saw 2015 display on the time machine.

I will want to contribute money to EVERY Tezuka title starting with Bander Book which will be among the first. I hope they can all get DVDs!

As for the original Astro Boy, since Mushi Productions isn't part of Anime Sol, I suggest after a few months that the site has been up, we could send them fan emails asking for them to join it.

I'm thinking probably around $15 for a movie like this, although I wouldn't be surprised if it was part of a boxset with Marine Express and a few others.
