If you watch them..Adventure Time and Gumball are actually pretty funny and cute. :/

Adventure Time and Regular Show kick butt, Gumball is okay (the animation is too adorible), The Looney Tunes Show is pretty good, SpongeBob could be better I guess, and I recently just saw the new Beavis and ButtHead episode, it's really funny just like the original series, but the Problem Solverz, and Secret mountain Fort Awesome really really sucks!

Sure there are still many good ones out there, but they are hampered from political correctness , censorship... and the whole movement to make educational content that talks down to kids like they are stupid.

Then again, I grew up with a mix of old/new anime, 90's cartoons and 80's cartoons with a hefty chunk of it being anime. We need to face the facts that many American companies at this moment do not have what it takes to make popular animated series that are GOOD. Anime ,both French and Japanese , gives American companies an actual challenge to make quality animation. But nothing in the long term has came from the United States in recent times aside from Avatar :The Last Airbender ,Spongebob , Samurai Jack, Teen Titans, Danny Phantom... there's probably a few others I forgot about but this is my point.

We see other nations coming out with a plethora of quality content while America has stagnated into a bit of a slump . I don't believe it can be THAT hard to make a semi decent series in this day and age and keep it afloat just so we can compete on a global level with the other countries. It requires not being lazy with it ,promoting them intensely with products to kids and going towards the family model.

The Un-amazing World of Gumball

Remember the days when American cartoons were actually good? Well after the 90's it's been reduced to silly cartoons where violence and stupid looking characters is supposed to make a kid laugh. Sure okay I agree it's a bold choice trying to use different styles of animation for this Gumball show, but it doesn't pull it off all that well, the plot looks thin, the characters have nothing to them. Dexter's Laboratory, The Powerpuff Girl and Johnny Bravo had more going for them than this poop!

Gumball, I facepalm you!

I kind of like it... I mean, it isn't THAT bad. Not compared to the Disney Channel BS. I'd rather watch Gumball than Fish Hooks or Wizards Of Waverly Place. Besides, I'm a total sucker for kitties and Gumball is a cat... :< Anyway, the Disney Channel shouldn't even have the name DISNEY on it. DISNEY entails Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck shorts, House Of Mouse, Disney movies every night, Winnie The Pooh and maybe something like Bongo The Circus Bear, too!

It would be better if you edited your posts instead of posting twice in a row in a very short amount of time. ;)

I think I love you
I actually watched an episode of this not too long ago and honestly, I agree with Hana. It's not so bad. Nothing I'd watch religiously but it's not bad. it's kinda funny and I like the art style. it's unique and amusing. Plus, the main characters are awfully cute ^//^
