Man, it was such an amazing movie. Black Jack's actor was great and I liked how Nagisa drew a picture book about Pinoko and BJ. That was cute. I sure hope they make another film someday. (Though my stupid brother, who hates anything Tezuka keeps being negative and says they won't. )

Anyways, it was an excellent film, and who knows? Maybe another one will come out in the future. I do hope so! ^^!

Just watched the Young Black Jack film today. Man, it was such an amazing movie. Black Jack's actor was great and I liked how Nagisa drew a picture book about Pinoko and BJ. That was cute. Wow! Nice screenshots! Did you take them or did you just found them randomly on google somewhere? (Heh, that's what I do. I'm no good at taking screenshots. I only take game screenshots from my emulator.) Anyways, I remember that episode! That's the one that was cancelled but then later aired because of the earthquake Japan had. I loved that episode.

Oh and yes! I loved how they had Pinoko make an appearance. (Cameo, but pretty much just as a drawing.) I think Hyotantsugi was also in the beginning of the movie as a candle. I think it appears several times in the movie if I'm not mistaken.

I have the DVD. I can snap screenshots right off the disc with SMplayer on Linux. If I want to grab enough sequential single frames to make a gif, I'll have to rip the track from the DVD to an .avi file so I can use the video editor application to select a sequence of frames to capture as .jpgs. The video editor application won't read directly from the DVD.

And yay me! I found a website this morning where I can watch all the Black Jack 21 episodes online for free! (Had to uninstall A.d. Block in order for that annoying warning on the video to go away, though. ) But it was worth it! I'm not going to share the name cause I think that's against the rules here, so sorry. Oh, and I like the fansubs. The text is big and clear to see. I watched about episodes 7-10 today with my mother. OMG! We loved it and for some reason, could not stop watching it. Though, I had to resist cause I don't want to finish the rest of the series in one day.

I have a DVD player software on my laptop, but I only used it two times once to watch a pokemon movie and twice to check and see if our cyborg 009 disc worked. (Which was this morning, btw cause I accidently spilled lotion on it.) Maybe I can take some screenshots of those for myself. (Yeah, not too many pkm and cyborg 009 fans here.)
