I think I've read somewhere that many (most?) people had a circadian rhythm that was around 25 hours and not 24. If I don't have anything special to do one day, I'll definitely tend to go to sleep about an hour later than the night before. It's not the case after a challenging day.
I took medication last week and it gave me a very hard time sleeping. :d oh: I felt exhausted but my body just wouldn't fall asleep.

It culminated into a sleepless night on Monday.

That's when I realize the medication had been the cause of my problem.

I've been trying to go back to a normal sleep pattern since then, but it feels so good to sleep well now that I find it a little hard to get up earlier.
