Since we live all over the world, some of us would naturally be excluded from the chat sessions of others. We might then divide into cliques, & I prefer to avoid that. I am content with the forum as is. :D

I don't agree: some people here have very erratic sleeping time (me for example, and I am not the worst) :p

I was awake until 3:50 last night. Lately I've been going to sleep really late and waking up rather early. It's not really a problem that we're all over the world. If anyone who lives far enough away from me actually wants to chat, I wouldn't mind.

I go to bed one hour later every night. My sleep pattern completes a full cycle every three weeks or so. :d oh:

I *think* I have such a sleep pattern, but I never had the opportunity to check it because of school, university, work, etc :shifty: I remember during some holidays, a very long time ago, that I had begun to go to bed more and more late, and waking up more and more later too. My parents forced me to have a "normal" schedule again before I completed an entire cycle so I am not sure :(

I think I've read somewhere that many (most?) people had a circadian rhythm that was around 25 hours and not 24. If I don't have anything special to do one day, I'll definitely tend to go to sleep about an hour later than the night before. It's not the case after a challenging day.

I took medication last week and it gave me a very hard time sleeping. :d oh: I felt exhausted but my body just wouldn't fall asleep. It culminated into a sleepless night on Monday. That's when I realize the medication had been the cause of my problem. I've been trying to go back to a normal sleep pattern since then, but it feels so good to sleep well now that I find it a little hard to get up earlier. :D

I remember a program about the body's internal clock, but not any details from it. :hyo:
