I seriously cant believe this happened. It doesnt surprise me in a way because people are stupid. That thing that exploded, at first wasnt meant to actually drill. And of course they didnt put the safty features on there just to save money. Well, good job u crazy idiots! Now those poor animals and sea creatures are suffering. Pretty much everyone is physially, mentally, socially, all those "allys." Why cant they just stop fighting over whos fault it is and just fix it before our ocean is destroyed! We have people that are trained to go into deep water dont we, we have subs??? Use them!  Before its too late.

The problem is not about getting there. It is about actually sealing the damn thing. Because the pressure is very high, it is very difficult. The top kill failed, so they did something. It just didn't work.

What Astro would say now...51 days after the spill started.

Good evening,

I guess I don't need to understand how many people around the world are feeling at the moment about this terrible accident in the gulf of Mexico.

Anyone who knows me, knows how much I admire humans. Even in the worst of times, humans have the capacity to surprise. When you set your minds and hearts to do something, you do the most wonderful things.

At first I decided to wait and allow the gift humans express so well to fix this bad situation. Boy did I get the shock in my circuits.

More often than not in the past 51 days, I heard more complaining and finger pointing than action. As important humans and humans with importance threw insults, tantrums and blame at each other....the oil continued to bleed.

I now realize, much to my regret, that I waited too long to act. And so, to my friends and those who've needed honest and real action...I'm coming.

This is what I plan to do...

1. Dive 5000 feet to the ocean floor.

2. Pull up a 20 foot section of that stupid pipe.

3. Tie that sucker into a pretzel.

4. Go home and wash the gunk off.

What do I want? Well.....for starters I want a whole day at Baskins Robins with all 31 flavors bought and paid for so I can wolf down the biggest hot fudge, banana boat Sundae ever created.

I want the CEO of BP to face trial at the Hauge for crimes akin to that of a war criminal. You don't fudge records, have no back up plan, allow such a disaster to happen then try blowing it off by acting like the Geico Gecko.

I want people of authority to stop pointing fingers and start doing what they should have done in the first place. Clean up the mess.

Now...I could clean up the oil too but those of you with authority will not like the bill I'll send to you when this is done and no it won't just be for another free ice cream splurge....1 million horsepower doesn't come cheep.

And don't look at my face and try to sweet talk me...like many other people in the world even I have my limits when I see oil covered birds, dying dolphins and people who are about to lose their right to a meaningful life because some humans chose to bicker as the oil flowed.

Get it cleaned up or I'll do it for you and you'll regret it.

Sincerly yours

I have an idea. The U.S. Military has these very thick rubber bladders called blivids. We used these in the first gulf war to store drinking water and aviation fuel.

These blivids are really tough and really thick.

My idea is to attach one of these blivids to the end of a high pressure air supply drill bit.

Ram that sucker down that pipe and throw a ten thousand pound surge of air into it.

The blivid will expand inside the pipe, be held in place by regullated high pressure air and allow engineers enough time to properly cut the end of the pipe and secure a perminant cap.

They could have stopped the leak day one week one....
Ram a bomb down the well and detonate. Or a pipe and spray liquid nitrogen into the flow solidifying it. The shoot epoxy resin into it. But you lose the well. That's why they did not close it using those methods because they would lose the well?

By collapsing the drill bore :tenma: hole and thus closing the well forever.
