There are so many different types of curry too. My favorite is Indian curry which has coconut milk in it and yogurt with lots of tumeric, cumin, coriander, cinnamon and cloves (as well as about 10 other spices). I love it over basmati rice and lamb. Yum yum yum! :w00t:

I used to have a waffle maker, until it broke. Then I had to return it. It was sad to see it go, but my mother's trying to save up money so she can buy me another one. (I got it as a birthday gift last year.)

My aunt had a waffle iron, & when we visted them, she made waffles for me. I was tempted to buy some waffles the other day, but resisted. I ought to lose about 25 pounds, at least.

Anyone remember the WAFFLE WHIFFER? I think it was Aunt Jemima's mascot.

Aw, that sucks Tailz. Ego frozen waffles don't really compare to fresh waffles. And yes if you put chocolate chips in the batter it will make the iron harder to clean but it's worth it!

Jeffbert- Yep, Waffles are really addicting, and I remember vaugley recall seeing the waffle whiffer somewhere..maybe on some old tapes when we used to record everything we watched. I'm surprised we don't have more cartoon mascots as much as we used to, I miss having the Flinstones adventures brainwashing me to buy Fruity Pebbles..

Here is a link to the search for waffle whiffer I watched a youtube video of an old commercial, but my PC is too slow with all these tabs open in my browser.

As for Pebbles, while I could eat FROOT LOOPS, it was only because there was no such thing as CHOCOLATE LOOPS. COCOA PEBBLES are simply the best chocolate cereal I have ever had! I never wasted my time with FRUITY PEBBLES. :D

btw, NICE TO SEE YOU AGAIN, Whitelion!

Alas, the waffle whiffer seems to be before my time (I was born in 1988). I also couldn't load the video here (slow net connection).

I LOVE homemade waffles and am glad to have my Belgium waffle maker. I got it at a Goodwill for only $4, and it's in great shape. They also have some at Wal-Mart for like $10.

My favorite waffles are chocolate waffles, I have this recipe that I really enjoy which includes whole wheat flour. They really fill you up but are really tasty.

As for what I am eating... I just had some Red Robin, I had a delicious avocado burger. I am soooo stuffed. It was worth it though, I do not regret the calories. I'll burn them off over the weekend.
