How can I save an animated GIF into my computer without killing its its animation? Because when I save it, it becomes a stationary GIF

Go as if you were going to copy it as a stationary image, but instead of going "save picture as" go "copy" and then go to a window like my documents and click paste, to make a little file. When you open it, it should be a moving Gif.
