The Thunderbirds has an episode titled
The Mighty Atom; It has nothing to to with Tetsuwan Atomu, though.

Captain AtomI think there is also a comic called "Captain Atom."
The company was Atlas comics..
Wait..there was a Captain Atom manga..where Astroboy first appeared in 1951. The American comic was in 1948..hmm. They had large differences between them though.
