What is a good photo editing program? I have Jasc but I really don't like it. It doesn't offer the selections I need for printing on photo paper. I use 4X6 paper.

I use Jasc Paintshop Pro for all my photo printing and I don't have any trouble with it. I find that kind of thing comes down more to the printer and printer drivers I'm using. Check your image DPI (shift-S) and page settings (in the File menu).

You could also try Adobe Photoshop, which seems to be better for working with actual photographic material, but it's pretty expensive.
GIMP is a free version which does pretty much the same things, so you could give that a go too.

I'm sure Photoshop is the best thing out there (I use it all the time), but it is VERY expensive and basically meant as a professional tool for the industry, not something individuals buy for home use. Nonetheless, I highly recommend it.
