Ok, I recently discovered this Tezuka character/manga, and it sounds really cute. And the pic of the little merboy is ADORABLE!! OMG, I just wanna hug him!!

I have a favor, to anybody to speaks or knows Japanese- can somebody please tell me what Pippy is saying here? I'm really curious. He looks like he's crying.

Btw, does anybody else think the idea of performing such a freaky operation/expereiment on their newborn son is just sick and wrong? I mean, what did the scientist do? Cut off his *ahem* and legs? :wacko:

The word on the right is "stomach".
The characters in the middle could mean ground, hot water, warning, care, attention, the others, board/skis.
The word on the left probably means "for the use of".

I don't know how to interpret that.
