Snow storm

Believe it or not, we had a snowstorm in WNY yesterday. Where I live we got 12" of snow. Some places got 22" of snow. It was that real wet heavy snow. I was going to the gym today and it looked like a tornado hit everywhere. I was dodging tree branches, trees, and wires. Many traffic lights are still out. Some places still don't have power. I lost power for almost three hours last night. I was on my computer when the power went out. Luckily it didn't hurt my computer when it went out. Thankfully there was no fatalities.

Funny, we have yet to have any here in Canada (at least where I am). :p

I'm sure it will melt very soon. :)

Still rather hot here: we still have mosquitoes :shifty: Normally, they're gone around mid-september at worst, maybe I should tell them about that

We've just had two 35 degree days here (in mid Spring) and the river that supplies us with water is now just a trickle. We're still 4 months away from the hottest time of the year. Everyone's really worried about climate change now because we've never seen the weather do this.

And our stupid goverment sill won't sign on to Kyoto.

I seem to remember I posted a bunch of stuff with Prince Charles and the climate conference a while back. that was deleted either by the hacker or Mods. I can't find the data now. I'm sorry about your drinking water source.
Please see " Dragon Lake" ...
I wish I could find that data the Prince had sent.
O well.

It seems some data is unsearchable (or not available anymore) in the forum itself, try having a look in the archives.
And "Dragon lake" has nothing to do with climate change, only with pollution ;)
