I've just realized that the forum on which you are a moderator is made by InvisionFree, while ours is a vBulletin type. Therefore the operations, while similar, are probably not designed exactly the same way, and even if I told you how I perform these operations here, it would be different on your forum and it wouldn't help you.

You would get better answers if you asked there. You could also try to go on InvisionFree's site (take a look at the link at the bottom of each page on your forum), maybe there's a FAQ. You could also try to search in Google.
