Agrivation with my Cell service.

My cell service reset my online password and tried to force me to get the new one through text messaging. I told them to put it back to the original password and I had to pay the bill over the phone. Then when I tried the next month to pay my bill online I found out they never put it back. I had to send the payment in by USPS. So I put a post on their forum and they had the nerve to line out the whole post except the part where I said 2 payment were late. Then they told me there are other payment options available. Send the payment in or drive to a store and pay it. I mailed the payment in because why should I waste my gas paying the bill because they can't leave my account alone? I'm just venting so don't mind me.
