A friend of mine recently has sent me this video. It's very cute and sooo true.., well, almost! ;)
Especially the vid's sound makes me laugh each time I watch it.

I almost lost it when the cat started patting the guys face, I can't tell you how familiar that is. Sometimes, if I really don't feel like getting up, I pull the covers over my face, but he just pulls them back down again. :p Oh, and the meowing right in your ear! So true.

cybotron, can cats say anything else than "hello"? I wonder if they purposely make that sound, or if they sound like they are saying it by chance.

Indeed!

Wow, I had no clue... It seems so unreal that while watching I keep thinking it's a montage or something!

Not to seem rude, but I think it is more subtle than a montage.
Having often seen how cats can behave between each other, it more looks like to me that this cat is actually growling, maybe at another cat or alone (I have seen at least one cat who sometimes growl alone). However, maybe because of hair in the mouth, the growl may seem articulated, and by pure chance sounds like actual words. To my ears though, it doesn't sound like coherent sentences, but at the same time, I am not a native English speaker, so I often have difficulties understanding even coherent English spoken sentences

The 2nd one resembles my brother's cat, except that she never meows unless she is locked in a closet or otherwise distressed.

My old cat, the one from childhood was really a pain. This was all my fault, because I was a very picky eater, & fed her most meat that mom tried to feed me. The other things, such as vegitables, I stuffed under the table and into the slider rails that allowed the table to expand by inserting a 'leaf' in the middle. The stuff was still there when we threw out that old table. Anyway, she was really spoiled, & would meow such a horrible meow as though she were dying. Why? becuase she disliked the caned cat food; she simply sniffed it, and rejected it. "You expect me to eat that?!" She lived 17 or 18 years, much to my parents' distress.

As time goes by our pets are evolving getting more intelligent. Sometimes they think they're human!
Cats and dogs can emulate human sounds! They can say Momma, I love you, etc....
They may not know the meaning, but they know the feeling.
