French-speaking help needed for Boon's page

I am now working on Boon's background, and need help with some French-language pages about Lino Ventura.

http://boomer-cafe.net/version2/index.php/Stars-et-vedettes-des-annees-50/Lino-Ventura.html
I want to know who authored this page, but with the google translation into English, it is really difficult to find. :D

Also, if any of our French-speakers can find any better pages, please do.

It s not a surprise that you didn't find even with the help of Google: I didn't find either even though my native language is French  Maybe I just missed it

I can't tell either. If you need some information (whether it's who wrote it or something else), I could ask them through their "contact" form.

Please do; I want the author's name & the date it was published on the web.

If it were myself though, I'd want to know what you were planning to do with my name. I have an even better idea: tell me exactly what you want to say in English and I'll translate. :)

Well, as indicated by the reference to Boon, I want to put just a few details of Ventura's life on my Boon page. But I want to properly cite my sources.

I have written the message and was about to post, then I realized I didn't really know who he was and put his name into Wikipedia.

It turned out that someone plagiarized somewhere, because some of the sentences on Wikipedia are identical to those in the page you found.

However, I then realized that there were more citations on the page you linked to, so I went ahead anyway, assuming there had been some original ressearch done. But then even that could have been taken from another source on the web.

It reminds me how I can still find some of my own writings here and there one the web, not to mention on the back of the box of my own Astroboy DVDs. :shifty: Too bad there aren't more people like you.
