Is Astroboy for 20th century or 21st century children? Thanks

From the very start, Tezuka placed Atom's story in the 21st century.

Thanks Jeffbert, i was referring how they were advertising his show back in 2003. From what i seen and heard they were saying he was not powerful enough for the children to be interested in him now. I was but apparently many children were not, and i believe those children missed a pretty good action series, your friend, praying you the best, Toni

Oh, I completely misread your post! As far as American children are concerned, it is obvious that they were not too interested in the story. I think it has something to do with parenting in the USA; it is day - night different now than when I was a kid. Unfortunately, this goes into polotical things, which we have banned on the forum.

Thanks Jeffbert, wish cartoon network would show all the Astroboy's cartoons, be better than some of those silly boy's series, thanks, hugs.
