Long before either of you were born, I was into Marvel comic books. I initially started w/ Spiderman & a few others, but eventually included Iron Man in my regular monthly routine. I actually prefer the science-based stories over the fantasy-type, such as Dr. Strange.

When I was reading it, Tony Stark was an alcholholic, & his pilot took his place as Iron Man. I do not recall any other details, though.


Anyway, I suppose I will watch Iron Man, but would much prefer a live-action version of Bubblegum Crisis/Crash.

It does look pretty decent, it's just that Marvel Superhero movies as of late tend to have cop-out writing.

Hopefully the script is solid and the actors are semi-convincing.
