This is the most expensive DVD boxed set I know about; how could the avg guy afford $1K for a DVD set, 22 discs or 100, who would buy this?

Why would they think anyone would want to spend that much for that? Please is it suppose to be valuable or what please? thanks and hugs

Arale-chan is a robot in the shape of a cute little girl, who is a parody of Atom. However, while Atom has serious adventures, Arale has only comedic adventures. Manga is available in English at reasonable prices, but the anime is Japanese only and obviously very expensive.

Penguin village where it all takes place, has the world's Dirtiest, Hairiest Barber.

Please is not Penguin village similar to a place where Goku visited when he was young in Dragonball? thanks and hugs

I know nothing about DB.

Now that I think of it, I kind of remember an episode where the DB group went to Penguin Village and Goku met Arale. General Blue was there too, I think, and Arale's strength encouraged Gokuo to keep training. But YTV hasn't run the show since I was young, so I don't remember much.
