- dirty tricks were now acceptable & common place
- instructors teach offensive as well as defensive driving
- the new 'Sparky' is a genius & has a robotic Chim-Chim
- The new Duggery is a girl, whose father financed the school, but is a villain; the main one
- The track has a virtual feature allowing it to create 'realist' & even dangerous obstacles
- The obstacles incuded predatory shark-like vehicles that messed with all the students' cars
I could continue, but tough. The only redeeming thing I saw was the extras that included comments from the cast, including PF. However, as a B-movie, you might enjoy this. I was surprised to see that it was a direct to DVD feature, running just over an hour.
It seemed like it drew inspiration not only from Speed Racer, but Death Race 2000, & several other sources.
