I know I never mentioned this before but...I actually like Robotech: The Macross Saga.

And so, as if to be some cosmic repay for my inability to find more issues of the NOW! Comics Astro Boy series, I found this in the Robotech section during my latest trip to the bookstore:

It's mostly done by Ken Steacy, artist (and later, writer) of the NOW! Comics series!

I was thinking I could review it and post scans, like with the Astro Boys...but the actual comic is $4.00. I'd really like to buy it, but if it's just crappy, I can wait. Do you guys think it would be worth getting?

I bought a big set of Now! Astroboy comics on EBay then filled in the missing issues from Mile High Comics. They're only a dollar each if you're not fussed about quality.

Hello LLJade! It's always nice to see old members back! :D I wished I had found this forum earlier, there are a few old members with whom I would have loved to discuss back then!

Hi Astro Forever! :) Yeah, I thought I'd give this place another go and hope it had changed for the better and so far, it looks like it did.

I see. Obviously since I wasn't around, I can't say much about the past, but please remember that if there's anything that doesn't feel right, you can say so. I can say that since I've become moderator, there are a few things that in retrospect I would have done differently, but on the whole, I hope everybody around here feel that their feelings, wishes and interests are taken to heart. :heart: I'd say I'm still learning, but I try... :D And I don't want things to be

moderators ---> regular members

but more like

moderators <---> regular members

so we do need everybody's input. :)

Sweet. I have to say, you seem to be doing an excellent job as a moderator. It's nice that there's someone on here looking out for the other members, it's very refreshing. Gods know I may need that protection when I start posting my need for beta readers for the rewrite of my Astro Boy fan fic I've been working on.
