Anyone else savor this one?
Okay, I admit I'm a Pixar nerd and I rate even their very worst as 'okay'.
UP was built on a very unlikely premise (an unprobable love story, to be less vague), and it was riddled with old school movie serial cliches, but everything worked, by golly, and it flowed rather smoothly.

I was very surprised at how dark and tear jerky it got, though. It's about the darkest one they've done yet. Ironic, with all them purty balloons.

I honestly thought it was one of the best animated movies I'd seen in a long while. A lot of adults I know claim to have really liked the movie, not to mention my mother, who was in tears at one point. What I liked is that in some moments, you didn't really know what to expect...we'd expect a cliche, but something different would happen and the movie would keep on.

Too bad it won't be in Sweden for a while... I'm really looking forward to it. Is it that good? I mean, Pixar usually gets my hopes up and usually won't fail me, but this sounds like something.. Uh, supergood?

I haven't seen it yet, but I've stopped doubting Pixar. Everything they do is so good XD

I saw it a few days ago, and I really liked it. Not a boring part in the whole movie.

It was very hard not to cry at times.
