not to be mean you should not put all of this info about yourself...i mean there are weirdos out on the internet..i'm not being mean its just that i don't want any thing to happen to anyone here...so i'm just telling you you should be careful...

AstroboyGF is right. Although it isn't forbidden, it is discouraged to post personal informations. Real name is too far I think, age and birthday I don't know, but everything else should be fine

Astroboy1900, I have removed your name and day/month of birth, and that's because I care for you. I'm sure at your age you can't realize it, but it's not a good idea to post such personal information anywhere on the Internet. Date of birth might not be too far, but maybe in 10 years from now on you could have a different idea about that so I didn't take any chance. (I don't know if this site will still be online in 10 years, but with Google cache and such, who knows anyway.) First name isn't that bad either but let's remain safe.

Through the years I've found a nice way out for when strangers asked for my (first) name. Instead of the usual "I don't want to give my real name because..........", I started giving them whatever first name I could think of. They were happy with it and so was I! :lol:

I only give my name after a loooooooooong time writing online with somebody; at your age however, I would definitely take the "false name" approach.

I never said you had done anything illegal. I just said it wasn't safe to put your real name on a public forum such as this one. You are very young and you probably do not understand why. If you were my son, I would not want you to post your name and I would be glad if there were adults around who would step in.

If you read the rules, you will see that there is a paragraph about posting personal information, but it's not in the "rules", it's in the "guidelines". You didn't infringe any of our rules. This is not about the wellbeing of the forum, it's about your own wellbeing.

There is no reason to be sorry or to be sad about it. I'm not blaming you, I'm not angry at you, I only want to protect you!

I also do not see what's wrong about this thread. I believe most people here, even though they wouldn't reveal their names, would be comfortable answering your other questions.
