Astroboy reference in Zelda? or coincidence...

I had heard several times of "Midoro swamp" in the 1960s Astroboy, and thought it was familiar. Now I remember: it is a swamp in Zelda II where is located the second palace.
Any idea whether it is a reference or simply a coincidence?
This post is not limited to this one. I think I remember there were a few other times when I had wondered about that, but sometimes in the thick of action I didn't make note. I had noted several years ago there was a "Tezuka" in the credits, but it is "Takahashi Tezuka". Not a reference, clearly a coincidence this time
