yes it is! there is a register button at the upper-right corner underneath the banner. here is the best part.......... A CHAT ROOM! when you log in it is where the register button was.

sorry for double post. just wanna say that i have my first moderator in my forum! His display name is Red Wolf. i know him really well and he is a good leader so i made him a moderator. of course i discussed it with first. also i need more members! i am going to create a suggestions forum so hold up on suggestions. so far i have 5 members including myself. so plz join and have fun! here is the link again: http://epicwin.freeforums.org/ hope to see more people!

I joined. If you need any help or advise i have some experiance with modding on forums and admining (I own my own forum... it's not that active anymore though).
