Hey guys, what do you think of THIS robot? Kinda creepy, wouldn't you say? Especially when you watch the video -- YIKES!

Well, that's just put me off robots for life. I know there's been some creepy robots out there, but if i woke in the middle of the night and that was suggled next to me...die of fright x_x

I long for the day robots can function on their own, but to do that they need some kinda learning software because you can't program a robot with every single thing (like how to walk, talk and do basic functions such as picking up a cup). Until they're more advance and can think on their own, little experiments like these are a waste of time.

I actually really think Astro look like Casper (that 1994 cgi film) with the big eyes and everything XD

hi- that robot is kinda not sure what- but he does not remind me of ASTRO BOY or Casper. I love both ASTRO BOY and Casper- they both are sweet and maybe my feelings are those of a girl who loves a sweet robot and a sweet cartoon ghost.

THANKS APRIL- I KNOW I WOULD BE oooing and ahhhing if he was as cute and sweet as ASTRO BOY AND FRIENDLY NICE like CASPER. Gotta-hug him eyes ? If he had those my heart would just so melt- how could a girl not melt over sweet "gotta- hug-him eyes"? they would be so darling irresistible!!!!!!!

It is kinda creepy, but it gives me an idea for a fan story. The robot Telenoid doesn't like the way he looks and he wishes to look like a human. Astro befriends him, despite his appearence. It still needs some work, but I think it's a really good idea. LOL! I definatly have the mind of a writer, because sometimes one little thing can give me an idea for a great story. LOL!
