Hey guys. I'm curious whether or not they are gamers on this site (I doubt it but I don't know for sure.) I sort of wanted to start like a little non astro boy related discussion thing.

I'm really looking forward to a game called Call of Duty: Black Ops. It is an FPS or First-Person Shooter if you don't know what that stands for. It is the 7th game in the series and takes place during the cold-war Vietnam era. However the key element is the online multiplayer. The last call of duty was called Modern Warfare 2 which is made by Infinity Ward. MW2's online multiplayer is beyond broken was a horrible experience and Black Ops is being made by Treyarch not IW and this game looks like a huge step up from MW2.

I've played video games since I was very little and am still an avid player today. They're the height of my interests and I'm usually always conversing about them.

I'm one of those people who you would call a "Nintendo fanboy" (although I'm a girl), but I don't mind Microsoft of Sony Playstation.

That's cool. I don't own a wii but I do like nintendo. I didn't get the wii because I'm not too fond of motion controls but I did like SSB brawl. Me it's mainly PC and the playstation 3 but lately with me I've been on the xbox because of halo reach.

I don't like the Xbox 360, I don't like how loud it is, the problems it has, and the fact that you have to pay a subscription to get online. At least the Playstation 3 is quieter, has less problems and offers free online play. Except I don't own a Playstation 3, or any Playstation console for all that matter. I've been mostly staying with Nintendo if anything.

Im not a large fan of the Wii or DS either despite having those. When im playing games I usually play the PC or something.

Alright guys. As I've said in this thread before I am excited for Black Ops ATM.
Treyarch's previous Call of Duty was called Call of Duty: World at War which was a WWII shooter and was OK IMO but one the things that made this game awesome was Nazi Zombies. This was fun as hell, you could load up the game mode Nazi Zombies and it had a few maps and you could play it alone or with 3 other people. The goal is to fight off as many Nazi Zombies as you could and just fight off wave after wave of zombies.

Now Black Ops is going to have Zombies in it (Not sure if they're going to be zombies though.) They're might be a trailer for it but I'm not sure. But the only gameplay they have shown is on a website called gknova6. Here's a link to the site

This is going to be fun and this is going to be a great component in Black Ops and hopefully Treyarch will post a trailer for it. Feel free to check out those links, pretty cool.

Use to be big in racing. Now for me it's mainly RPG's both single player & MMO's or FPS's. I'm getting Black Ops on the PS3 and I might get Gran Turismo 5.
