What, do you think, is the most memorable quote spoken by a fictional robot?

I think its these two:
"Danger, Will Robinson! Danger!" -Robot, Lost in Space
"Hasta la vista, baby' -The Terminator, Terminator

These two quotes have often appeared in popular culture

"I did not murder him!" Sonny from I-robot. (I know he said other stuff but i can't remember. But I liked it because it showed he could lie.)
"Blue Fairy, please....please make me into a real life boy" David, A.I *sob*

"I'm afraid I can't do that Dave..." - 2001 A Space Odyssey
"What do you mean "naked?" My parts are showing?!!" - C-3PO Star Wars
"W-WWAAALLEEE!!" - WALL-E

OIL CAN! OIL CAN! - the tin man from the Wizard of Oz. Ok he isn't exactly a robot, but that one was funny.

"Well, we've come a long way, haven't we? It would have been nice if we could have just kept on living in peace with the Professor and Roll but...I guess we've got to do what we've got to do, right? MegaMan Juno's waiting for you inside..." - Data the robot monkey from Mega Man Legends.

I'm an avid player of the Mega Man franchise, so the robot quotes I would remember most would be from that.

I vividly recall the scene with the robot John trying to toss the 2 guys off his shoulders, while they tried to pull the wires from his self-preservation circuits. It would make a great animated avatar! BTW, this film originated behind the IRON CURTAIN, I forget if it was E. Germany or the USSR.

Hey, Cybotron, was the robot Omega (from 1st Spaceship on Venus) mute, or did it say anything memorable? BTW, this one was from E. Germany, & had a multinational/multiracial crew before Star Trek!
