You may be able to find some Spanish raws on youtube, they should still be there, albeit their quality isn't that great. I do know that there are some Japanese raws elsewhere on the internet, but I am not sure if I should say.

Either way, don't expect anything to be in English. It was never dubbed in English and subtitles do not exist.

Yes, I know it was never dubbed in English, but I understand Japanese a bit , I can even speak Japanese a bit , but I can't read Japanese

The reason why it is so expnsive is because it was pout out by Avex a company the uasally only brings out the verry popular new shonen stuff wich they can bring out for a verry high price because pepole will buy it anyway and they din't made an eception for this title even though they also released Tezuka's son Goku series and that has the normal price for a 52 episode japanese tezuka dvd set 150 dollars or so.
