hi- now have a robonaut HUMANOID in space on the space station took up by the shuttle- so glad means we are getting a little closer to more advanced robots like ASTROBOY- How many years DO YOU THINK before ASTROBOY may be possible? thanks- pray everyone eternal salvation and safety- hugs :wub: :heart: :astro:

I don't know but I'm hoping the flying cars I was promised as a child are just around the corner ;)

They Are! A company called Terrafugia are working on The Transition which has wings that unfold for flying. It's Small enough to fit in your garage, but you need a runway to take off. There supposed to be released by the end of this year. :w00t:

Flying cars are (thankfully) never going to happen.

Think of all the problems we have with cars right now--energy efficiency, pollution, drunk driving, etc. Now add flying to that.
