HI- was there ever a story by OSAMU TEZUKA where ASTROBOY had to face his evil twin from another dimension- if so please when was it written?-

Not from another dimension, but some bad guys made an evil duplicate of him once, in "The Robot Spaceship".

Again, not from another dimension, but isn't the 1980's version of Atlas an "evil twin" of sorts?

Though not in the English version, ATOM VS. ATOM featured another evil Atom, though he redeemed himself by saving Atom's family. Oh, I just remembered! In the ORIGINAL manga, the Space leopard goes inside a life sized museum version of Atom, & that too fights against him.

In the 2003 series PS2 Video game, atlas dresses as Astro. I starts when your in o'shays office and yuko runs in saying Astro Is desrtoying the city(atlas/daichi) and you go to destroy him. one you defeat your copy, he returns back to His original red form as Atlas.
