Where is Jetter Mars ?

Okay, I am pretty sure some of you guys have watched Ravex in Tezuka World. I have watched it a long time ago but I still don't understand why Jetter Mars is not included in that anime

Well, at least he's in The Last Mystery of the 20th Century.
I don't have much respect for Ravex in Tezuka World. It hurts to see Tezuka's characters selling out against their will in a long commercial for mediocre music.

Oh wow, they gave him white gloves to further differ him from Astro...
...I really don't like that.
And I disagree, F-Man. It looks very enjoyable from what I've seen. And I'm pretty sure Tezuka would have liked it, even though he did prefer classical music.

Aww, in the second picture, I can find Inspector Geta and Gohonmatsu!
They're two of my secret favourite Tezuka characters.
Also the animation style for this crowd scene is strange; some people look hurriedly-drawn, like how Jetter's mouth in the first picture is askew. Judging by the eye style, it looks like this was made by some of the inbetweener animators of
GaoGaiGar.

Sorry, I took this during Tezuka's (internal?) speech. The very same frame appears a little bit earlier but without the light.
