When I was 11 in American at Disney's Animal Kingdom. My mom's friend Peter had his back turned in this store, right next to these bunch of big rubber snakes, so I grabbed one, made it creep up his back and when he turned his head I made a loud 'HISS' sound just as I put the snake near his face.
Let's just say he freaked out big time

Wow, that was an old tarantula. D: Didn't know they lived that long.
Simple:
Clear plastic wrap over the toilet. Stick it under the seat. Wait for the unsuspecting victim to answer the call of nature. Big scream. Everyone laughs.
Paaaraaades.
Best time was when I did that to my so-called art teacher in middle school. (Chick knew nothing of line and form, I swear) They never did find out it was me... xD Pure awesome.

Me and a couple friends were talking in the woods and I picked up a branch and sneaked up behind my friend Matt and lightly brushed it on his neck while my other friend, Jordan (who was standing next to Matt) said, "Dude, there's a huge spider on the back of your neck." and Matt completely freaked out. He started thrashing around slapping the back of his neck and all of us were laughing at him and we told him what we did. The only problem was Jordan blamed it on me saying it was my idea and I got punched in the arm. It was hilarious.

In 5th grade we had a Halloween party at the school. I came dressed as a cowgirl, but in the middle of the party, when nobody noticed, I changed into my Phantom of the Opera costume. Nobody knew where I was, and nobody knew the identity of the Phantom. I had my long hair hidden in the top hat, which was part of my costume, I was wearing the trademark phantom mask, and I didn't speak so I wouldn't give my voice away. When the party was almost over, someone asked where I was, and I took off my hat and mask and laughed. Everyone was surprised that this Phantom was a girl who was also a cowgirl ealier that day! LOL!
You're not a joke, you fit right in!
So shake it off, and give a grin. Don't be afraid to stand your ground! Crazy, noisy BIZARRE Town!
