Discotek to release both Unico movies next year

We finaly got some new Anime Tezuka releases for the US Discotek Media will bring out the Unico movies with Dub and Sub for the first time on DVD in the US after New Galaxy Anime who acquired the rights never actually published it and went bankrupt.
The movies are : The Fantastic Adventures of Unico and Unico: To The Magic Island originally made in 1980 and 1983.

Though i'm not to hyped for something like Unico i will surely pick it up but the good part about it is that we might get some other Tezuka releses from them in the future if it does well.

I am DEFINITELY hyped for Unico! Those movies look amazing, I've been waiting for subbed versions for a long time!

That's awesome. If it becomes popular Tezuka might finally get the fame he deserves, and if it does well maybe they might release more of his works.

OMG! I remember Unico. My babysitter used to bring it over
when she watched me and I love it. Unfortunatly I don't have a VCR anymore, so I'm happy it's going to DVD.

Yes, everybody needs to buy these releases!

We haven't had some new Tezuka on DVD since his short film collection in 2009. Let's show our best support to the little we manage to get.
