WHITE HALLOWEEN

♪ I WISH I WERE ONLY DREAMING OF A WHITE HALLOWEEN,
♬ BUT IT HAS ALREADY SNOWED 3 INCHES TODAY,
♬ THE TRICK OR TREATING WAS ON FRIDAY,
♬ BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, ETC,
♬ AND I WISH I COULD REACH MY MAILBOX,
♬ WITHOUT RISKING A FALL.

That did happen here a few years ago before I moved back in early 2004. I wasn't here to see it, but a lot of people here remember how it snowed on Halloween. A lot of kids weren't happy since they all had to wear jackets over their costumes.
Now, the earliest it snows here is in November. Keep in mind that I live in Northern Nevada.

I have a foot of snow here. Snow on Halloween where I live is to be expected

Well, at least it was warm today, & the streets & our driveway were mostly free of snow.

Yeah all of our snow melted today
