Junior Members have 0-9 posts, Members have 10-99 posts, and Senior Members have 100 posts and beyond.
As for Moderators and Administrators, that is up to the site staff to decide.

Shiyonasan is right, except that "Junior Member" goes from 0 to 29 posts.
