The TV news announces the finding of a frog with a belly button.
Melmo's little brother, who using the candy, became a frog, finds this interesting.
So, Prof. Waregarasu rents a small plane & they go to see if this is true.
Unfortunately, the only hotel room available leave much to be desired.
