ROMMEL & Erich Von Stroheim: Five Graves to Cairo, TCM on 10/14

TCM will show Five Graves to Cairo Sunday 10/14 @ 10:45 PM (EST); It was this film that inspired to create the character/actor Rommel, based upon Von Stroheim's role as German General Erwin Rommel. I believe Von Stroheim started as a director, but then became an actor.
