Struggling to draw?

So, I used to draw by several years through observation.
However, I always missed anatomy and tried tips to draw more correctly.
I really like to draw, but at same time I wish to draw without having so much flaws.
I'm struggling to understand how to draw correctly step by step and although is being frustrating to get a good result, I cannot just give up.
Anyone else still have issues at drawing?

I draw so badly that I gave hope at drawing anything properly. Even a circle or a square end up atrociously distorted :d oh:

I'm using tools which have circles to draw.
My biggest challenge is drawing Uran. I really want to draw her better.

I'm an ok drawer, but only because I glare at my work and rubber out anything that slightly annoys me. But I know what you mean about body parts. My eyes (human like ones) always end out weird and lop-sided.
What helps me is drawing over a picture of what ever it is i want to draw first. Kinda like familiarize yourself with the shapes. It works for me.
Is that technically cheating???

I have a slim C3 tablet, however the tip of the pencil tremble a lot that I get horrible lines.

Tobio, you must evolve and quit making complaints!
Sorry for the joke.
But, now I'm starting to understand how I should draw Uran.
