Why the dub should be always missleading and awful?

Before, in my country many animes aired.
But, the translators never cared about hidding scenes and neither edit the plotline due polictical reasons.
So several works here had most of the original content keept except for some non expressive name changes in several characters.
One of the examples was the character Kotaro Minami from Kamen Rider Black (The series got awkwadly called "Black Man" and dubbed as "Black Kamen Rider" in the story) which was renamed to "Issamu Minami".
Way back, it was pretty natural for us having the original theme songs keept without being dubbed.
There was rare ocasions and was difficult to translate them without making them sounding so annoying.
In anime, in the past few years the translators decided to get the american adaptations for their dub.
Unfortunatelly much of the most endearing part of these animes were lost just like the american counter-parts.
A example was Astro Boy 2003 series which much of it's endearing spirit was changed and as well the theme tracks which got removed entirelly and their characters acted harshier than they were in the original.
If not enough, we got episodes out of order, removed scenes and awful jokes when they were not even called for.
Also, another revolting issue was the fact the story was changed.
That's one of the reason which I despise the dub nowadays as I felt fooled and I was quite surprised when I saw how was the original series.
In the case of the 2003 series it would have better if they released a DVD with the original concept of the show, however they don't even cared about making something of quality which is worth of our money.
It's a pity, after all many who wish to cheerish the real stories end up going after non official sources.
We really wished to contribute the series, but the dub and bad DVD releases without the original content subbed is quite displeasing.
With the dub getting bad and bad nowadays all I could get is to feel revolted.
I even feel happy to not have some animes like Ojamajo Doremi being released in Brazil.
The fact the translation group would take the american adaptation would show us poorly adapted stories and important facts being omitted entirelly.
I can not stand the american dubbed names since I do know how much is endearing the original japanese versions.
If at least we got the original subbed series in DVDs, then nobody would care so much about trying to get pirated DVDs or download the original shows through torrents.
