Due the fact american distributors often transform japanese series into adaptations like Power Rangers, a lot of people doesn't know anything about tokusatsu.
Neither they do know that it was the japanese people who started that trend of live actions with transformable super heroes.
So here is Kamen Rider Black:

In note the series was made in the 80s, so the special effects were not that surprising.
But, it was still a great tv series for those who wanted to get away from Power Rangers and see the real thing made by the japanese.
