... Now I'm nauseas. I didn't even finish it; my eating it mostly consisted of me licking the frosting to an acceptable level, so I would not get any on my nose whenever I bit into the cupcake (I did anyway; the cupcake was too big). I'll finish it tomorrow, though. :3

It was a big cuppy-cakey from Whole Foods; my mom said it was a "Wedding Cupcake" (yellow cupcake with white buttercream icing piled high on top, with white nonpariels). They have some weird flavors sometimes, but I guess this one was pretty plain. But we don't get their cupcakes often, because they're expensive (hello? Whole Foods?). In fact, that's why we don't shop there all that often, unless we need something specific. The first time we ever went there, I saw a freaky squiddy-looking citrus fruit called a "Buddah's Hand", or something like that. I've also seen Venus Flytraps there, on the way into the store. :3 You know that they only grow in one state? I live in that state! /superrandomtangentgo

Stop I'm hungry now :(
*sneaks off to eat the rest of the chocolate cake in the house* Just kidding! I don't want to get in trouble...

I used to own Venus Fly Traps, but I don't live in the right climate for them so they died. They were cute while they lasted though.

Buddha's hand is actual a fruit called citron - it's that kind of yellowish candied fruit you'll find in fruit cake (it's rind has been cooked in a sugar syrup and dried and cut up). It's kind of bitter (like Grapefruit or Orange peel) - and very bizarre looking indeed!

The Citron is also know as the Etrog. It is used during the Jewish holiday of sukkot in blessings performed in the Sukkah, a tent like shelter with an open roof covered with plant stalks where meals are eaten during the holiday.

It grows in the middle east. It would probably thrive in Florida, and that reminds me, I have some seeds I need to plant.

O.O Fascinating!

... I don't eat fruit cake, grapefruit, or orange peel (sometimes called "zest"). Butyeah, still very interesting. And still a very alien-ish, squiddy-looking fruit...
