And here's an article about him on Wired.com - he looks oddly like "live action Atom" in flight except the jets are more "on his back" instead of out of his feet.
And I think is the way his feet "stick out" that makes him look like "live action Atom" -- because "real" Atom collapses his foot into his leg = giving him a nice, aerodynamic appearance!!
