I like the art style used for it. It's like a combination between Ukiyo-e and the animation for the silent Felix the Cat cartoons. I assume this one is well known, but it's still fun to watch.

Interesting film; I had googled 'tengu' in preparation for one of my episode threads, & learned a bit about them, though I forgot what the bird types are called.
