Future of 2020 olympics in Tokyo in doubt?

seems to suggest that not only is the contamination at the Fukushima power plant not contained, but it is getting worse, and that the olympics might have to be canceled. I hope this article is wrong, and that things are not as grave over there as it suggests.

I would think that they would just relocate rather than cancel.

I think they would make the decision to relocate well before the deadline, not a last minute decision - but I think those at the top would decide well in advance seeing this as a safety issue.

Yeah, probably what Earthshine said. Besides, better to be safe than sorry, right?

I forgot about the 2020 olympic games. I remember hearing a rumor about one of my favorite singers (<<<Many of you who know me well, probably know who I'm talking about here.) was going to show up in the last Olympic games. But sadly, she never showed up.
